Aaron Hughes has served as a member of our Board since May 2021. Since October 2025 Mr. Hughes has served as the Global Chief Information Security Officer at AstraZeneca plc. Previously from November 2020 to October 2025 Mr. Hughes served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Albertsons Companies, Inc., a grocery and drugstore company. From June 2017 to November 2020, Mr. Hughes served as Vice President for Information Security and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Capital One Financial Corporation, a financial services company. Prior to Capital One, Mr. Hughes served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy at the United States Department of Defense from May 2015 to January 2017. From July 2008 to May 2015, Mr. Hughes served as Vice President at In-Q-Tel, Inc., a venture capital firm. Mr. Hughes holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, a M.S. in Telecommunication and Computers from George Washington University, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. We believe that Mr. Hughes is qualified to serve as a member of our Board because of his extensive leadership, business and policy experience in the technology and cybersecurity industries.
