She joined StandardAero in 2018 as Senior Vice President of Operations, rapidly advancing to COO in 2021, where she oversees the company's global operations, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, engine management, and supply chain functions across 26 facilities worldwide. Prior to StandardAero, Ernzen held senior roles at AAR Corp., culminating in her position as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations for Commercial Aviation Services, where she led strategic initiatives that enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction. Earlier in her career at Boeing, she managed large-scale supply chain and manufacturing operations, spearheading programs that delivered multimillion-dollar cost savings and improved delivery performance. Her achievements include implementing lean methodologies, fostering cross-functional teams, and navigating complex regulatory environments to support commercial and military aviation clients.
