W. Howard Keenan, Jr. has served as a member of the Board since May 2017 and served as a manager of our predecessor from November 2014 to May 2017. Mr. Keenan has over 45 years of experience in the financial and energy businesses. Since 1997, he has been a Member of Yorktown Partners LLC, a private investment manager focused on the energy industry. From 1975 to 1997, he was in the Corporate Finance Department of Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and active in the private equity and energy areas, including the founding of the first Yorktown Partners fund in 1991. Mr. Keenan also serves on the boards of directors of the following public companies: Antero Resources Corporation (NYSE: AR) and Antero Midstream Corporation (NYSE: AM). Mr. Keenan also served on the board of directors of Aris from October 2021 until October 2025. In addition, he is currently serving, and has previously served, as a director of multiple Yorktown Partners portfolio companies. Mr. Keenan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University. Mr. Keenan has broad knowledge of the energy industry and significant experience with energy companies. We believe his skills and background qualify him to serve as a member of the Board.
