Amanda M. Brock serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc. (NYSE: SOI), a leading provider of mobile proppant management systems and logistics solutions to the North American oil and natural gas industry. In her role, she drives the company's strategic vision, operational excellence, and innovation in frac sand handling and delivery technologies, helping clients optimize efficiency and reduce costs in hydraulic fracturing operations. Brock's leadership has been instrumental in positioning Solaris as a market leader, with a focus on proprietary equipment designs that enhance safety, reliability, and throughput at well sites. Prior to co-founding Solaris in 2014, Brock built an extensive career in energy finance and private equity. She spent over a decade at Riverstone Holdings LLC, rising to Managing Director, where she led investments in upstream, midstream, and oilfield services companies, managing a portfolio exceeding $2 billion. Earlier, she worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, specializing in energy mergers and acquisitions. Brock holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, which laid the foundation for her deep expertise in capital markets and operational scaling. Under Brock's stewardship, Solaris successfully completed its initial public offering in 2018, raising significant capital to fuel expansion amid booming U.S. shale production. Her achievements include pioneering containerized proppant delivery systems that revolutionized logistics in the Permian Basin and beyond, earning industry accolades such as inclusion on the Forbes list of America's Most Successful Women in Energy. Brock's commitment to sustainability and workforce development continues to propel Solaris toward long-term growth in a dynamic energy landscape.
