Mr. Purvis, 67, was elected to the Board in 2017. He is a partner in a number of real estate development entities and is a partner in L2L Development Advisors, LLC. His career has spanned over 40 years in real estate and related services. Mr. Purvis previously served on the Board of Directors of First Texas BHC, Inc., which was acquired by the Company in 2017. Mr. Purvis currently serves as a director of the Fort Worth Zoo, Fort Worth Streams and Valleys, and Fort Worth Tax Increment Financing District. He attended the Business College at the University of Texas and Texas Christian University, where he received a B.B.A. degree in 1982.
