Brad Forth has served on our Board since June 2017. Mr. Forth has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He began his career in 1988 as a design engineer at Power Measurement, Inc., where he advanced through various leadership roles and served as Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2005 until its acquisition by Schneider Electric. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Forth was a Partner at GFI Energy Group. From 2009 to 2016, he served as a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management, and from 2016 to 2021 as a Senior Advisor to Oaktree s GFI Energy Group. In June 2022, he joined Neos Partners as a Senior Partner. Mr. Forth has served on numerous public and private company boards in the energy sector, including as a director of Array Technologies (Nasdaq: ARRY) since 2016, and previously as a director or chair of GT Solar Incorporated, Turbine Generator Maintenance, Cannon Technologies, GoodCents, TenK Solar, Xantrex Technology, The Kirlin Group and OpTerra Energy Group. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria.
