Mr. Akira Takata has served as a member of our Board since November 2014. Since April 2024, Mr. Takata has served as a member of the board of directors of EdgeCortix Pte. Ltd., a semiconductor and software company for edge AI solutions. From June 2019 to June 2020, Mr. Takata served as the senior managing director of our major stockholder, MegaChips Corporation ( MegaChips ), the second largest fabless semiconductor company based in Japan, and served as a consultant to MegaChips through March 2024. From June 2011 to June 2019, Mr. Takata served as the president and chief executive officer of MegaChips. From June 2014 to June 2020, Mr. Takata served as a member of the board of directors of Global Semiconductor Alliance, a leading semiconductor industry organization. Mr. Takata holds a bachelor s in electronics engineering from Osaka University in Japan. We believe that Mr. Takata is qualified to serve on our Board due to his management and leadership experience in the semiconductor industry.
