From 2008 to July 2011, Mr. Welch served as the President and CEO of Dynamex, Inc., a provider of same-day transportation and logistics services in the United States and Canada. During 2007 and 2008, he served as Interim CEO of JHT Holdings, a holding company of multiple enterprises engaged in automotive transport and management services. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Welch served as the President and CEO of Yellow Transportation, an international transportation services provider. Mr. Welch holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Texas A&M and received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2014. The Board nominated Mr. Welch, in part, due to his over 40 years of public company senior executive experience in the transportation sector, including extensive experience working with labor.
