Bruce Lucas is a co-founder of the Company, and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of our Board since our founding in April 2021. He is married to Shannon Lucas, a co-founder of the Company, our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Board.
