Mr. McClain has been the owner and operator of a State Farm Insurance Agency located in Jonesboro, Arkansas since 2021. Prior to that time Mr. McClain was Executive Director of Development for Arkansas State University Jonesboro ( ASU ), a position he held from 2015 to 2021. From 2011-2015 Mr. McClain was Director of Development for ASU. Mr. McClain is also an Alderman for the Jonesboro City Council serving since 2016. Mr. McClain earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master s in Public Administration, from ASU.
