Amy K. O’Keefe serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sleep Number Corporation, a leading innovator in adjustable smart beds and sleep wellness products. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the company’s global financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, and risk management. O’Keefe joined Sleep Number in 2015 as Vice President of Finance, advancing rapidly to Senior Vice President and CFO in 2017 before assuming her current EVP position. Her strategic leadership has been instrumental in driving the company’s financial health, supporting omnichannel growth, and navigating economic challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Sleep Number, O’Keefe spent over 15 years at Target Corporation, where she held progressively senior finance roles, including Director of Finance for Target.com and Vice President of Finance for Merchandising Finance. At Target, she honed her expertise in retail finance, e-commerce operations, and merchandising strategy, contributing to multimillion-dollar initiatives that optimized costs and enhanced profitability. Her accomplishments include leading cross-functional teams to implement data-driven financial models and supporting major digital transformations during the rise of online retail. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, O’Keefe also holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
