Age: 61 Director since: 2019 Experience Mr. Rourke is currently Schneider s Chief Executive Officer and President a role that he has held since 2019. The Board has appointed Mr. Rourke to serve as Executive Chairman, and if re-elected, will serve in such role effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Rourke will be succeeded as Chief Executive Officer and President by James S. Filter, effective July 1, 2026.
