Has served as a member of our Board since February 2012 and serves as our Chair, Hyve Solutions. Served as Executive Chair of our Board from September 2021 through August 2023 and as our President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2018 until September 2021. Joined TD SYNNEX in 2002 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and in the same year became Chief Financial Officer. In 2006, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and served in that capacity until he became our President and Chief Executive Officer.
