Mr. Meltzer has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2024. Mr. Meltzer has served as Managing Member, Executive Advisor, Consultant and Investor at Harris Ariel Advisory LLC since October 2020. Mr. Meltzer is a long-term veteran of public accounting services, having held multiple positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP over a 35-year period, including serving as a Managing Partner. Mr. Meltzer has served as a strategic advisor to Pontoro, Inc., a financial technology company, since October 2021. Mr. Meltzer has served on the boards of directors of Apollo Realty Income Solutions, Inc. and American Century Mutual Funds since 2022. He previously served as a member of the board of directors of ExcelFin Acquisition Corp. from October 2021 to October 2024. Mr. Meltzer holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant. We believe that Mr. Meltzer is qualified to serve as a member of our Board of Directors because of his financial accounting experience.
