In his role at SoFi, Lapoine oversees global financial strategy, planning, reporting, investor relations, treasury, tax, and risk management, driving the company's path to profitability and expansion into new markets. Under his leadership, SoFi achieved its first profitable quarter in Q4 2023 and continued scaling its member base while maintaining disciplined capital allocation, positioning the company for sustained growth in the competitive digital finance sector.
