Mr. Sweeney served as the President of Cablevision from 2014 and President and Chief Financial Officer of Cablevision from 2015 to 2016. Previously, Mr. Sweeney served in various other roles at Cablevision, including: Senior Executive Vice President, Strategy and Chief of Staff from 2013 to 2014; Senior Vice President Strategic Software Solutions from 2012 to 2013; and Senior Vice President eMedia from January 2000 to 2012. Mr. Sweeney has served as a director of MSGE since April 2023, MSGS since 2015 and AMC Global Media since 2011 and previously served as a director of MSGN from 2010 to 2021 and Cablevision from 2005 to 2016. Brian G. Sweeney is the brother-in-law of James L. Dolan, Marianne Dolan Weber, Thomas C. Dolan and Kristin A. Dolan, the cousin by marriage of Paul J. Dolan and the uncle of Charles P. Dolan, Quentin F. Dolan and Ryan T. Dolan. In light of his experience in various positions with Cablevision, as well as the knowledge and experience he has gained about the Company s business and contributions he has made during his tenure as a director of the Company, MSGE, MSGS, MSGN, AMC Global Media, and Cablevision, our Board has concluded that Brian G. Sweeney should serve as a director of the Company.
