David A. Roberts retired in 2020 as Chairman of the Board of Carlisle Companies, Inc., a diversified manufacturing company, a position he held since 2017. He previously served as Carlisle s Executive Chairman of the Board, in 2016; its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, from 2014 to 2015; and its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, from 2007 to 2014. Prior to joining Carlisle, Mr. Roberts served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Graco, Inc., a fluid handling system provider, from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Roberts served as a Group Vice President of The Marmon Group, LLC, a diversified industrial holding company, from 1995 to 2001. He began his career serving in a variety of manufacturing, engineering, and general management positions with The Budd Company, Pitney Bowes, and FMC Corporation. Mr. Roberts previously served as a director of Franklin Electric Co., Inc. and Horizon Global Corporation. He earned his bachelor s degree from Purdue University and his MBA from Indiana University. Mr. Roberts brings extensive experience in senior management of multinational companies, including expertise in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, and mergers and acquisitions, to our Board. Mr. Roberts also contributes strong financial acumen and experience from his service on various public company boards.
