Mr. Ferrari retired in December 2020 from Edward D. Jones & Co., LP (Edward Jones), where he served in various leadership roles, including general partner, chief information officer, and most recently, chief operating officer/chief administrative officer. He served on the firm's executive committee and management committee. Prior to working at Edward Jones, Mr. Ferrari worked on Wall Street for 22 years with Morgan Stanley, JJ Kenny and the Chase Manhattan Bank. He served as chair of the board of trustees and a member of the board of directors of the Securities Industry Institute. Mr. Ferrari's experience in technology and the financial industry brings a unique and important skillset to the Board. He provides insight to the Board on cybersecurity risk oversight.
