He is President of ADM Global Citrus Platform and President of Florida Chemical Company, LLC. ADM acquired Florida Chemical from Flotek Industries, Inc. (Flotek) in March 2019. Prior to joining Florida Chemical, Mr. Snively was Vice President of Commercial Agriculture Finance at SunTrust Bank and was a commercial lender for Farm Credit of Central Florida.
