Mr. Cutillo has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2017. He joined the Company in October 2015 as Vice President, Strategy & Business Development. In May 2016, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer. In February 2017, he was promoted to President of the Company and in April 2017 he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Cutillo has served on the board of NPK International, Inc. (NYSE) since 2025 where he is a member of the Audit, Compensation and Environmental, Social and Governance Committees.
