Audrey Lee serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at STARZ Entertainment Corp., where she leads the company's global legal team. Prior to joining STARZ in 2018, Lee was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at AMC Networks Inc., managing legal affairs for networks including AMC, BBC America, IFC, SundanceTV, and WE tv. She advised on high-profile content deals, carriage negotiations, and corporate initiatives during a period of significant growth for the company. Before AMC, Lee spent over a decade at Viacom Inc. in progressively senior roles, supporting MTV Networks, Paramount Pictures, BET, and Showtime Networks, where she handled complex transactional matters, rights management, and litigation. A graduate of New York University School of Law (J.D.) and the University of California, Berkeley (B.A.), Lee has earned recognition for her expertise in media law, including successful navigation of major deals like international distribution expansions and digital rights licensing. Her achievements underscore her reputation as a trusted advisor in the entertainment sector, blending deep legal acumen with a collaborative approach to drive STARZ's competitive edge.
