Mr. Giles served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Finance, Information Technology and Store Development, Customer Satisfaction for AutoZone (NYSE: AZO), the leading retailer and distributor of automotive replacement parts and accessories in the Americas, from 2007 to January 2021. Mr. Giles joined AutoZone in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Finance.
