Mr. McGlade served as Chairman of the Board of Intelsat S.A. ( Intelsat ) (a formerly publicly traded worldwide provider of satellite communication services) from April 2013 to February 2022. He served as Executive Chairman of Intelsat from April 2015 to March 2018, prior to which he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
