Tomas Kiselak. Mr. Kiselak has served as a director since June 2023. Mr. Kiselak is a Founding Partner at Fairmount Funds Management LLC, a healthcare investment firm he co-founded in April 2016. Prior to Fairmount, Mr. Kiselak was a managing director at RA Capital Management, LLC, a healthcare and life science investment firm. Mr. Kiselak currently serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRDN) since October 2020 and as a director for Apogee Therapeutics, Inc.
