Mr. Morrison has served public and private companies in the life sciences industry since 1980. During his tenure at Ernst & Young, he worked on hundreds of public and private financings, M&A transactions, and corporate collaborations. Mr. Morrison serves on the board of directors of Zai Labs, Inc. since October 2021 (where he also chairs the audit committee), Vera Therapeutics, Inc. since April 2020 (where he also chairs the audit committee), and Ideaya Biosciences since 2018 (where he also chairs the audit committee and is a member of the nominating and governance committee). Mr. Morrison was awarded the CLSA Pantheon 2016 Life Sciences Leadership Award. Mr. Morrison holds a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley, and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
