Mark's professional journey began at Fleet Bank, where he started as a credit analyst and quickly advanced to senior underwriting roles, managing multimillion-dollar loan portfolios. He later held key positions at Citizens Bank and KeyBank, including leading credit teams through the 2008 financial crisis, where he restructured over $500 million in distressed assets while achieving delinquency rates below industry averages. Joining The Bancorp in 2016, Mark has spearheaded initiatives that expanded the company's credit solutions platform, originating more than $2 billion in new loans annually and enhancing risk-adjusted returns. Under Mark's leadership, The Bancorp's Credit Solutions division has earned recognition for innovation, including the launch of flexible asset-based lending programs that have captured significant market share.
