Mr. Reinhart co-founded ThredUp and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our Board since January 2009. Prior to founding ThredUp, Mr. Reinhart helped develop the Pacific Collegiate School and co-founded Beacon Education Network, a charter management organization serving low-income students on California s Central Coast. Mr. Reinhart holds a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College. We believe that Mr. Reinhart is qualified to serve as a member of our Board because of his experience and perspective as our Chief Executive Officer, Director and Co-Founder.
