Nadja West, M.D. has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2021. Dr. West has also served on the boards of directors of several other public companies, including serving as a member of the board of directors of Johnson & Johnson since December 2020, Tenet Healthcare Corp since October 2019, and Nucor Corporation since September 2019. From December 2015 to October 2019, Dr. West served as the 44th Surgeon General of the U.S. Army, and the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Medical Command. Dr. West currently serves as Trustee of both the National Recreation Foundation and Mount St. Mary s University, and board member of The Woodruff Foundation. She was also appointed an independent member of the NCAA Board of Governors. Dr. West holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an M.D. from The George Washington University School of Medicine, and an M.S. from National War College.
