Arthur W. Coviello, Jr. has served as a member of our Board of Directors since February 2018, including as our Chair since January 2025 and as our Lead Independent Director from February 2022 to January 2025. Mr. Coviello has served as Managing Partner of Syn Ventures, a venture capital fund, since June 2021. Mr. Coviello has served on the Board of Directors of Synchrony Financial ("Synchrony") since November 2015.
