Mr. Hoberman also led the team that originated, in-licensed, and developed AuryxiaTM, which gained FDA approval in 2014. Mr. Hoberman is also very active on several boards, including Nuvectis Pharma (Nasdaq: NVCT), and Lirum Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Hoberman received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Boston University and completed post-baccalaureate studies at Columbia University. Based on Mr. Hoberman s financial and pharmaceutical industry experience and in-depth understanding of our business, as well as his extensive management experience, the Board believes that Mr. Hoberman has the appropriate set of skills to serve as a member of the Board.
