Since January 2014, Mr. Höttges has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Telekom, our significant stockholder and a leading integrated telecommunications company. From March 2009 to December 2013, he served as Deutsche Telekom's Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Management. From December 2006 to March 2009, he was a member of the Board of Management responsible for the T-Home Unit (fixed network and broadband business, as well as integrated sales and service in Germany). From January 2003 to December 2006, Mr. Höttges headed European operations as a member of the Board of Management of T-Mobile International. Mr. Höttges studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne.
