David E. Glazek was appointed Executive Chairman of the Board in January 2023. Mr. Glazek has served as a director of the Company since November 2012, as our Lead Independent Director from January 2018 until September 2019, and as our non-executive Chairman from September 2019 until his appointment as Executive Chairman. Mr. Glazek has over fifteen years of experience investing in distressed, special situations and private credit strategies, including as a Partner and Portfolio Manager of Standard General L.P., from 2008 to 2023, and an investment banker at Lazard Fr res & Co. from 2000 to 2003 and from 2006 to 2008. He has also worked at the Blackstone Group. He currently serves as a Director of National CineMedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCMI), and as a Director of Workers Benefits Consortium, Inc. Throughout his career he has served on numerous public and private company boards of directors. Mr. Glazek is also an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School. Mr. Glazek holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. We believe Mr. Glazek is well-qualified to continue to serve as a director because of his significant finance, operations, legal, and public company director experience as well as his history of working with consumer facing companies in a variety of industries.
