Her expertise spans over two decades in corporate law, with a focus on structuring multibillion-dollar deals and managing cross-border legal challenges. Recognized as a standout legal advisor, she has been instrumental in fostering TPG's growth from a private firm to a publicly traded entity. Under Jennifer's leadership, TPG achieved a landmark milestone with its initial public offering on the Nasdaq in 2022, raising significant capital and enhancing its market position.
