Alicia B. Zuiker serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at TransUnion, a global information and insights company, where she leads the enterprise-wide human resources strategy. There, she spearheaded HR transformations that supported the company's global expansion, including the implementation of innovative people strategies that enhanced leadership development and operational efficiency across 120+ countries. Earlier in her career, she held progressive HR leadership positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as Vice President of Global Talent Management and at PepsiCo, where she honed her expertise in organizational design and change management. Zuiker's achievements have earned her widespread recognition, including being named one of the "Most Influential Women in HR" by HR Executive magazine and a "Top 100 HR Leaders" by HRO Today.
