Richard Enthoven has served as a member of our Board of Directors since November 2023. Mr. Enthoven currently serves as the Chairman of Greenstone and as a Director of Hollard Holdings Australia and PetSure Australia. Mr. Enthoven is the founder, and former Chief Executive Officer (1999 to 2021) of The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd and the co-founder of Greenstone Financial Services Ltd and PetSure Australia Pty Ltd. Mr. Enthoven also served as a Director of The Hollard Insurance Company and The Hollard Life Insurance Company in South Africa from 2004 to 2014, including Chairman of both companies from 2008 to 2014.
