Mr. Holtzman s extensive international experience along with his financial, investment banking, and public company board experience bring relevant and necessary skills, experience, and perspective to our Board. Mr. Holtzman served as the chairman of Meridian Capital HK, a Hong Kong private equity firm from 2012 until 2014, and as the executive vice chairman of Barclays Capital from 2008 and 2012.
