Former Executive Director, Product Innovation. Mr. Hawk ceased serving as our Executive Director, Product Innovation and departed as an employee of Informa TechTarget effective as of June 2, 2025. In connection with his departure, Mr. Hawk received the following severance benefits specified in his Employment Agreement: (i) continued payment of base salary for 11 months following termination, which equals an aggregate amount of $440,000 and (ii) payment of a portion of Mr. Hawk's COBRA costs at active employee rates, which may include a tax gross-up, for up to 18 months following termination in the amount of $32,753.
