Edwin Roks serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of TTM Technologies Inc., a leading global manufacturer of technology solutions including mission systems, radio frequency (RF) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and quick-turn and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (PCBs). He joined TTM in April 2020 as President and Chief Operating Officer before assuming the CEO role in January 2021. Under his leadership, TTM has accelerated its transformation into a high-reliability solutions provider for mission-critical applications in aerospace and defense, data center computing, networking, and industrial/medical sectors, driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Prior to TTM, Roks built a distinguished 25-year career at NXP Semiconductors N.V., where he held progressively senior leadership positions. Most notably, he served as President of the Infrastructure & Automotive business unit, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio and spearheading growth strategies in automotive semiconductors, secure connectivity, and edge processing solutions. His earlier roles at NXP included leadership in High-Performance Mixed-Signal businesses and operations in Europe and Asia, honing his expertise in scaling global manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and innovation in high-tech industries. Roks holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. His strategic vision has positioned TTM for sustained success, including key acquisitions, enhanced customer partnerships with major OEMs, and a focus on advanced technologies like HDI PCBs and RF solutions, solidifying the company's role as a trusted partner in mission-critical electronics.
