Mr. Stafman has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2024. Mr. Stafman has been a partner at Sachem Head Capital Management LP, a value-oriented investment management firm based in New York, since 2013. Prior to Sachem Head, Mr. Stafman worked as an Associate at Silver Lake Partners, a global private equity firm focused on technology-enabled investments.
