During his tenure as NMPRC Chief Executive Officer, he was responsible for overseeing the regulatory oversight of the electric, gas, telecommunications, and water utility industries in New Mexico. Mr. Maestas brings extensive knowledge of New Mexico s utility regulatory environment and public policy landscape. Prior to his role at the NMPRC, Mr. Maestas held senior leadership roles in the energy industry.
