James G. Dempsey has served as a member of our Board of Directors since January 2026 when he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Dempsey served as our President from October 2023 to December 2025 where he had responsibility for Commercial, Customer Care and Operations Research, Design and Planning functions. Prior to that, Mr. Dempsey served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from December 2019 to October 2023, after serving as our Chief Financial Officer from May 2014 to December 2019. From July 2006 to April 2014, Mr. Dempsey served as treasurer at Ryanair Holdings PLC. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Dempsey served as head of investor relations at Ryanair. Mr. Dempsey served in various management roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Dempsey holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University College Dublin and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. We believe Mr. Dempsey is qualified to serve on our Board due to his experience in the airline industry and with the Company.
