Ms. McFate served from 2006 until 2017 as the Chief Investment Officer of Xerox Corporation, a multinational provider of multifunction document management systems and services, managing retirement assets for North American and United Kingdom plans. Previously, Ms. McFate served in various senior executive finance and treasury roles for several prominent insurance and financial services companies, including XL Capital Ltd., a Bermuda-based global insurance and reinsurance company, American International Group, Inc., an American multinational property & casualty insurance, life insurance, and financial services provider, and Prudential Insurance Company of America, an American Fortune Global 500 and Fortune 500 company whose subsidiaries provide life insurance, investment management and other financial products and services to both retail and institutional customers in the U.S. and over 30 other countries. Ms. McFate is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Ms. McFate previously served as a director, member of the Audit & Risk Committee and Human Resources Committee and as the chair of the Investment Committee of Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd from 2020 to 2023. Argo was sold to Brookfield Reinsurance, a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset management in November 2023. Ms. McFate brings over 40 years of global corporate finance experience and a varied viewpoint to the Board which we believe supports us in our strategic initiatives and enhances our long-term vision, sustainable growth and shareholder value.
