Ms. Gross serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer, Corporate Secretary of the Company, a title she has held since January 2024. She previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Sustainability Officer from June 2023 to January 2024 and, prior to that, as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from May 2017 to June 2023.
