Karin Eastham has served on our Board of Directors since December 2012. Ms. Eastham has served on the board of directors of Personalis, Inc., a biotechnology company, since September 2019, and has served as chair of the board of directors of Personalis, Inc. since May 2022. She also has served on the boards of directors of Nektar Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company, and Geron Corporation, a biotechnology company. From 2004 to 2008, Ms. Eastham served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and as a member of the Board of Trustees, of the Burnham Institute for Medical Research, a nonprofit corporation engaged in biomedical research.
