Serves as an independent trustee of Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT), a leading shopping center REIT since January 2017, where she serves as Chairperson of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee. Active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers ( ICSC ), serving as the organization s Chair from 2016 to 2017, Vice Chair from 2015 to 2016, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees.
