Mr. Rubin has been a member of the board of directors since June 2014 (prior to the Conversion, he served as a director of the General Partner). Mr. Rubin is currently the Head of Commodity Equities at BTG Pactual Asset Management US. From 2012 to 2022, Mr. Rubin served as partner, Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Equities and as a member of Wexford Capital s hedge fund investment committee. From 2006 to 2012, he served as an analyst and later as Vice President, focusing on Wexford s public and private energy investments. Mr. Rubin graduated cum laude from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in political science and economics. We believe that Mr. Rubin s strong financial background qualifies him to serve on the board of directors.
