Age: 57 Director Since: 2020 Director Background: Mr. Kotzubei has served as one of our directors since February 7, 2020. Mr. Kotzubei joined Platinum Equity, a private equity firm, in 2002 and is Co-President of the firm. Mr. Kotzubei serves as a director or manager of a number of Platinum Equity s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2002, Mr. Kotzubei worked for 4.5 years for Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division in New York City. Previously, he was an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York City, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kotzubei serves on the board of directors of Ryerson Holding Corporation (NYSE: RYI) since 2010, Ingram Micro Holding Corporation (NYSE: INGM) since October 2024, where he serves as the chair of the compensation committee, and McGraw Hill, Inc. (NYSE: MH) since July 2025, where he serves on the compensation committee. Mr. Kotzubei is a former director of Key Energy Services, Inc.
