Henrici's distinguished career spans more than 25 years in investment banking, corporate development, and M&A. A Swiss national, he holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and an MBA from INSEAD. He began at Credit Suisse First Boston, executing cross-border transactions in Europe and the U.S., before advancing to senior leadership at TE Connectivity (formerly Tyco Electronics), where he orchestrated over $5 billion in deals, including transformative acquisitions that bolstered the company's connectivity and sensor portfolios. Since joining Vishay in 2012 as Vice President of Corporate Development and rising to his current executive position, Henrici has led pivotal transactions such as the acquisition of advanced power MOSFET technologies, sensor businesses, and strategic divestitures of non-core assets, generating significant shareholder value and enhancing Vishay's technological edge. His expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and fostering innovation has been instrumental in positioning Vishay for sustained success in the evolving electronics market.
