Prior to Arconic, he spent over a decade at Alcoa Inc. in senior finance roles, including Vice President Finance for Global Rolled Products and Global Primary Products, where he led financial strategy for multibillion-dollar business units. Willis began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, rising to Senior Manager in the assurance and business advisory services practice.
