Partner Emeritus of the law firm of Fenwick & West LLP Mr. Graham founded Fenwick's Seattle office in 2008 and served as a corporate and securities partner before retiring in 2022. During his forty-two-year career, in addition to Fenwick, Mr. Graham has been a partner at the AmLaw 100 law firms of Orrick and Perkins Coie. Mr. Graham is a Yale Law School graduate and spent six years as co-chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, the Board of Directors for The Who We Are Project, Sound Pharmaceuticals, and the National Board of Friends of the Children, where he serves as Chairman.
